The 'Boys Don't Cry' album was first released in US and Canada (1980). It was a compilation of the A sides from the first three UK singles, eight tracks from 'Three Imaginary Boys', 'Plastic Passion' and 'World War'. In 1983, Fiction released it in the UK  (SPELP 26) and other countries.
